Dr. Menglan Hu received his BE degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2007. He obtained his PHD degree from National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2012 (supervised by Prof. Bharadwaj Veeravalli). He later worked as a post-doctoral research fellow in Nanyang Technological University (NTU) for two years, under the supervision of Prof. Jun Luo. He is currently an associate professor in the School of Electronic Information and Communications at Huazhong University of Science and Technology. His research interests are in the areas of distributed computing, mobile computing, cloud/edge computing, Internet of Things, scheduling and resource management, and wireless networks.
