Jing Zhang is an associate professor of School of Electronic Information and Communications in HUST. He received his doctor's degree degrees in Communication and Information Systems from HUST in 2010. In recent years he has undertaken 2 scientific research subjects and joined a number of international high levels of science and technology cooperation projects. He is a Member of IEEE. He is the reviewers of international journals such as IEEE Communications Magazine, IEEE Trans. Vehicle Technology. He joined and pushed the International Technology Cooperation Base of Hubei Province - Green International Technology Cooperation Base of Broadband Wireless Communication.
