Qiang Li received the B.Eng. degree in communication engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu, China, in 2007 and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and electronic engineering from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, in 2011. From 2011 to 2013, he was a Research Fellow with NTU. From March 2015 to June 2015, he was a visiting scholar with the University of Sheffield, Sheffield, UK. Since 2013, he has been an Associate Professor with Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), Wuhan, China. Since 2020, he has been a full Professor with HUST. His research interests include next-generation mobile communications, cognitive radios/spectrum sharing, wireless cooperative communications, full-duplex techniques, simultaneous wireless information and power transfer, mobile edge computing/fog computing, edge caching, deep learning, federated learning. He was a co-recipient of the Best Paper Award of IEEE/CIC ICCC 2017, and served as the symposium co-chair of IEEE GLOBECOM 2019 and WCSP 2020.

李强,2007年大学本科毕业于电子科技大学通信与信息工程学院。2011年博士研究生毕业于新加坡南洋理工大学电气与电子工程学院。2011年至2013年,于新加坡南洋理工大学任博士后研究员(Research Fellow)。2015年3月至6月,任英国谢菲尔德大学访问学者。2013年2月加入华中科技大学电子信息与通信学院,任副教授,2020年11月任教授,入选湖北省“楚天学者(楚天学子)”,入选华中科技大学“华中卓越学者(辰星岗)”。主要研究方向涉及无线协作通信、全双工中继、认知无线电/协作频谱共享、无线信息能量同传、软件定义网络、物联网、雾计算、网络边缘缓存等下一代移动通信热点研究领域,在IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications, IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications,IEEE Wireless Communications Magazine,IEEE ICC,IEEE GLOBECOM等国际权威期刊及知名学术会议上发表多篇论文。作为负责人承担了国家重点研发计划项目课题、国家自然科学基金重点项目课题、国家自然科学基金青年基金项目、国家自然科学基金面上基金项目、教育部高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金等科研基金项目;参与了欧盟FP7项目、欧盟Horizon2020项目、湖北省重点研发项目等多项国际科技合作项目;参与了教育部高等院校电子信息类专业教指委以及湖北省教育厅资助的多项教学改革项目。发表论文“A cross-layer cooperative caching for software-defined radio access networks”获中国国际通信大会IEEE/CIC ICCC 2017最佳论文奖;作为第四完成人的“绿色无线通信与网络基础理论与方法”获得2015年中国通信学会科学技术二等奖。积极服务学术共同体,担任了通信领域国际旗舰会议IEEE GLOBECOM 2019 MWN分会主席,国际学术会议WCSP 2020分会主席,受聘“刘经南院士信息通信科普工作室”专家。

Next-generation wireless communication systems, wireless cooperative communications, full-duplex techniques, simultaneous wireless information and power transfer, cognitive radios, edge computing/fog computing, edge caching, AI and deep learning, federated learning.
