I am currently a full professor in the School of Electronic Information and Communications, Huazhong University of Science & Technology, with which I received the Hundred-Talent Program of Hubei, and the East Lake Youth Talent Program Fellowship. I was a post-doctoral researcher with the Communications and Information Theory Chair (CommIT) at Technische Universität Berlin with Prof. Giuseppe Caire, from Sep. 2018 to Aug. 2022. I received the Ph.D. degrees in Communications from Université Paris-Saclay with Prof. Daniela Tuninetti, in 2018, the M.Sc. degree in Communications from Université Paris-Saclay in 2014, and the B.E. degree in Optoelectronics from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China, in 2012. My research interests include information theory,
coding techniques, and their applications on coded caching, index coding,
distributed storage, distributed computing, wireless communications, privacy
and security, machine learning. I am now serving as an Associate Editor of IEEE Communications
Letters from Aug. 2021.
Openings for the fall semester 2023
I am actively looking for motivated graduate and undergraduate students working on information and coding theory, wireless communications, distributed computing, and machine learning. If you are interested, please send me an email with your current CV.
