l  个人简介

男,1972年生,湖北省武汉人。华中科技大学电子信息与通信学院副院长,教授,博士生导师,华中卓越学者特聘教授,澳大利亚悉尼科技大学兼职教授(Adjunct Professor),国家绿色通信与网络国际联合研究中心主任,华中科技大学——悉尼科技大学移动通信联合研究中心主任。2003年毕业于华中科技大学获信息与通信工程博士学位, 2005年获意大利伽利略奖(Galilei Grant)。近年来主持承担了20余项国家级科研课题和多项国际高水平科技合作项目。担任国际信息处理联合会(IFIP)中国代表和联合国商信息与通信技术专委会委员,国家科技部和国家自然基金委会评专家,湖北省科技厅评审专家,IET Fellow,中国通信学会会士。担任IEEE Wireless CommunicationsIEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology10份 国际期刊编委,担任General Chair of the 2015 IEEE International Conference on Green Computing and Communications (GreenCom2013)以及IEEE ICC 2016-2018, CMC 2009-2012ICCT 2011, VTC 2012CITS 2012IWCMC 200830国际会议的Symposium chairTPC成 员和审稿人。多篇代表性论文被评为IEEE通信学会领域最佳论文,研究成果荣获2016年度湖北省自然科学二等奖。
